General (booking) conditions Villa van Voss

Would you like to reserve a room at B&B Villa van Voss, or book a stay in our guesthouse? You are welcome!

We trust our guests and assume that we can count on compliance with general norms and values. We respect (the privacy of) our guests and expect the same in return. In our accommodation we do not discriminate, there is room for an open conversation and we assume that feedback is always given with the right intention.

If something is prohibited by law, then that applies here too.

For the sake of clarity, we have drawn up our house rules and reservation conditions below.

Booking conditions

  • Both the B&B and the guesthouse are only suitable for people over 18 years old (adults only).
  • You can reserve a room or guesthouse by telephone or via the internet. In both cases, your reservation is only final when you have received a confirmation from us by e-mail.
  • Our rates, for both the rooms and the guesthouse, are based on use by 2 people. In the B&B rooms, breakfast is included in the price. The price of the guesthouse does not include breakfast.
  • We have a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel the guesthouse free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. You can cancel a B&B room free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. For more information about cancellation, please refer to the cancellation policy.
  • Our rates may fluctuate based on availability, events, specific weekdays and holidays. When booking online, the rate is calculated automatically.
  • On the day of arrival, the booked accommodation is available to you from 3:00 PM. In consultation and based on availability, you can deliver any luggage to us earlier. Please let us know in advance.
  • On the day of departure you must leave the guesthouse before 10:00 am . Check-out from the B&B is possible until 10:30 am . Would you like to use the booked accommodation for longer? Please contact us in advance to discuss the possibilities.
  • In principle, pets are not allowed in the accommodation. Do you have an assistance dog? Please contact us!
  • We reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel reservations without giving reasons.
  • Villa van Voss is not liable for damage, loss or theft to property brought by guests, such as coats, bags and other personal belongings.
  • Villa van Voss is not liable for any form of physical injury or damage resulting from your stay in our accommodation.
