House rules Villa van Vos

  • Does your booked accommodation not meet your expectations? Is something broken or not working? Let us know as soon as possible!
  • You can check in on the day of reservation from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM . Later check-in is possible upon consultation. We kindly ask you to let us know in advance what time you expect to arrive.
  • On the day of departure you must leave the guesthouse before 10:00 am. Check-out from the B&B is possible until 10:30 am. Would you like to use the booked accommodation for longer? Please contact us in advance to discuss the possibilities.
  • When you check in you will receive 1 or 2 key cards from us. When you make a reservation in the guesthouse, you will also receive a handheld transmitter to open the entrance gate. If one of the keys is lost, we will pass on €25 of the costs to you.
  • Did something break? Let us know, we will be happy to repair or replace it as soon as possible. In principle, we assume that there is no intent and therefore do not charge any costs for this.
  • Have you booked a B&B room? Please note that you have reserved a room in a historic old building. The floor can creak a bit, and it can be noisy. Please take the other guests in the Bed and Breakfast into account. The following applies to the B&B rooms and the guesthouse: you have booked at a national monument with neighbors, and close to the village center. This can be heard, as well as the ringing of church bells. We cannot (and do not want to) do anything about this, that is the charm of our monumental building near the historic village center! What does that mean for you? Please take our neighbors into account.
  • Both the rooms and the guesthouse at Villa van Voss are non-smoking accommodations. Smoking is explicitly not allowed in the accommodation, not even while hanging out of the window. Would you like to smoke a cigarette? Walk outside for a moment! An ashtray is available on the terrace behind the house, and an ashtray is available on this private terrace in front of the guesthouse. We assume that everyone will respect our smoke-free policy. If we notice that there has been smoking in the accommodation, we will hire a specialized company to remove the smoke odor. The costs of this will be recovered from the offender.
  • We always report vandalism, theft or other violations of the law to the police. All costs related to the offense will be recovered from the guest.
