Cancellation conditions

Do you unexpectedly have to cancel your reservation? Annoying! Below we explain our cancellation conditions. In principle we apply these conditions, although we of course look at each cancellation individually.

A cancellation at short notice will incur costs for us. In addition to any purchase of perishable products, this mainly concerns lost income because the accommodation can probably no longer be rented out at such a short notice. We apply the following conditions for a cancellation of the guesthouse :

• Do you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before arrival? Then we will not pass on any costs to you.
• If you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in, you will receive a 50% refund minus €25 cancellation costs.
• You will not be reimbursed for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in.
• If you arrive and decide to leave earlier, 50% of the nights not stayed will be refunded from 24 hours after cancellation.

We apply the following conditions for a cancellation of a B&B room :

• Do you cancel your reservation more than 5 days before arrival? Then we will not pass on any costs to you.
• If you cancel less than 5 days in advance, you will be charged in full for the first night. For the remaining nights we charge 50% of the room rate.
• If you arrive and decide to leave earlier, 50% of the nights not stayed will be refunded from 24 hours after cancellation.
