Cancellation conditions

Have you unexpectedly had to cancel your reservation? That's unfortunate! We explain our cancellation policy below.

1. In case of cancellation of a room reservation, the following conditions apply:

  • If you cancel 5 days or more before your arrival date, no cancellation fees will apply.
  • In case of cancellation 5 days or less before the arrival date or in case of no-show; 100% cancellation fee.

In case of cancellation of the guest house reservation, the following conditions apply:

  • If you cancel 14 days or more before the arrival date, no cancellation fees will apply.
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days to 6 days before arrival date: 50% cancellation fee.
  • In case of cancellation 5 days or less before the arrival date or in case of no-show; 100% cancellation fee.

2. The cancellation conditions can only be deviated from at the discretion of the owner or manager (for example in the event of an emergency).

3. To be eligible for any refund, the cancellation must be communicated to the owner immediately by email or telephone.

4. Failure to pay the full accommodation price within the stated payment term(s) will be considered a cancellation by the guest and will not entitle the guest to a refund.

5. After consultation, the agreed amount will be transferred within two working days.

6. In case of early departure, no refund will be made.

7. B&B Villa van Voss may terminate the reservation agreement in the event of force majeure, natural disaster, exceptional weather conditions, fire, death of the owners or their family members, or hospitalization.
In the event that B&B Villa van Voss is sold and the property is therefore no longer available for rental, the property reserves the right to cancel an existing reservation free of charge.

8. In any of these cases, the owner or manager will inform the guest as soon as possible and, if possible, help them find a suitable alternative. 9. If no alternative is possible or the guest does not accept the offered alternative, the full amount will be refunded. Any other costs resulting from the cancellation will not be reimbursed by the owner.

10. We recommend that you take out travel and/or cancellation insurance.
